We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would send to my own home. This is a family business, so when something is not right, it falls on us, and we handle it that same day.

I track every job on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
